Adie is a recovering Royal Air Force engineer and Defence Innovation Consultant with over 20 years experience working at the leading edge of technology. As a founder member of one of the Ministry of Defence's most effective innovation units, the UK Strategic Command jHUb, Adie was curuous about why this initative succeeded when so many he's seen before failed.
